Here goes
So... here goes nothing...
I used to craft when my children were small, and now they're 19 and almost 17. I returned to crafting and predominantly making cards a couple of years ago, and we've recently had a garden office built which means that I finally have a dedicated craft space where I don't have to pack away everything every time I want to make a card.
This blog will really be for the purposes of posting my cards and creations and my aim is to try to join in with some of the card making challenges which I've been starting to follow.
Up to now I've only really posted the occasional card I've made on Pinterest, but maybe now I've got my own craft area I will finally be able to be more creative and productive (and prolific?) and maybe I'll even try to sell some of my cards to feed my stash-buying habits. Working full time will probably impact on that, but with a well lit desk I can now craft whenever I like rather than having to stick to daylight hours (which at the moment in the UK are as short as they can be!) might mean that I can actually be more flexible.
As the new year rolls ever closer (only half an hour to go!) who knows what 2018 will bring?
